Return Policy – OSE (Operational Supply Essentials)

Returns Process:

Return Conditions:

Return Shipping:

Refunds and Exchanges:

Return Policy – FFE (Furniture Fixtures and Equipment's)

Returns Process:

  • As with OSE products, all return requests for FFE items should be made through the sales representative you are working with. Your sales rep will assist you in determining the return eligibility, any applicable fees, and the return process.

Return Conditions:

  • FFE items must be returned in original condition, including packaging. Depending on the nature of the item and any customization, certain items may not be eligible for return.

  • Returns of damaged or defective items will be handled by your sales representative, and you will be guided on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs and arrangements for FFE items will be determined through your sales representative based on your location, the size and weight of the items, and other factors.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds or exchanges for FFE items will follow the guidelines provided by your sales rep. The process will vary based on the item type and any agreements made at the time of purchase.
